Describe action trigger

GET 
/actions/:actionId/triggers/:triggerId

Retrieves the details of the trigger identified by the given triggerId for the action identified by the given actionId, including the payload of the event that caused it. The event payload is untrusted input: escape it before displaying it. Append ?workspaceId to retrieve a trigger of an action in a workspace context.
